1. Delivery Module
Starting from October 2021, a new module: Delivery, was included in TimeTec VMS to record delivery people visitations. This new feature allows the system to cope with the delivery person who may deliver parcels to multiple companies/divisions in the office tower within a single visit.

To use the Delivery feature, the admin must first define the delivery location name and the receiving staff in charge of that location. In multiple companies mode, the delivery locations are automatically generated based on the activated companies’ names, and the companies’ office admin themselves shall set its receiving staff. Whereas in single company mode, the delivery locations and receiving staff shall be set by the company’s master admin.

After the delivery setting successfully defines the locations and the receiving staff, the delivery feature is ready to be used. Master admin or the receptionist can start registering new deliveries into the system via i-Vizit or the web portal.

The registered delivery person can then deliver parcels to the receiving staff at multiple locations within the office building. They can check out after completing deliveries, with the condition that the receiving staff confirms receipt of the parcel.

In the case of the receiving staff forgetting to confirm the parcel and the delivery person checking out at the front desk, the receptionist may respond on behalf of the receiving staff via the system too. Only then, the delivery person is allowed to perform a checkout.

2. Vaccination Records
The system has a new feature to record the vaccination details of the visitors in October 2021. This feature allows visitors to enter the vaccination details and attach their vaccination certificate or swab test during registration. The admin may enable the feature from the health screening settings.

When the setting for vaccination records is enabled, the visitors must fill-up the fields for Vaccine Brand Name, Number of Doses, and Last Vaccination Date during registration. The system will calculate the vaccination status based on the information entered, and action will be taken upon the not fully vaccinated visitor based on the health screening settings. Admin may choose to get alert notification when a partially or NOT vaccinated visitor has checked into the premises or blocked from entering the premises entirely.

The information will be recorded in the Visitation Records module on the Health Screening Records page and the visitor details page.
